Hi. I am so happy you have chosen to visit my site and to learn more about who I am and what I offer as a life coach.

I am a Certified Life, Wellness & Relationship Coach and Founder / CEO of Life Path 22 Coaching. I am also certified with the International Coaching Federation.

 Although having a degree form the University of Rhode Island in Communications and English, nothing prepared me for being a life coach, more than life itself. Being both a cancer and narcissistic abuse survivor, these life events helped me and put me on a road to digging deep within and truly focusing on healing, self growth, self worth and understanding how important mindset is when healing, removing road blocks and achieving your goals.  An amazing life stems from the relationship you cultivate with yourself. Having overcome the struggles and obstacles of these circumstances I found my true calling, my passion and purpose and that is to help everyone who has been affected by trauma, life changing events, limiting beliefs and who want to heal and grow into a better version of themselves. 

Throughout the years I have provided warmth, understanding and guidance when people needed to resolve conflict and confusion within themselves and about their lives.  I have coached and assisted  my clients with identifying what has been blocking them from living a fulfilling, happy and meaningful life. Once I help them identify these blockages / limiting beliefs, then work can begin on addressing the blocks and challenges in many areas such as career, wellness, relationships, self confidence, illnesses and so much more.  The goal is to work together to pave a healthy life path for you to reach where you want to be.  You can feel like you are stuck, in your life, your career, your relationships, being a parent or in life in general. 

Everything is driven off of mindset and I am here to help you cultivate the mindset needed to heal, strive and/or achieve your goals.  I have a lot of experience dealing with many life obstacles first hand and that coupled with becoming certified has allowed me to effectively coach and gain extensive experience helping others especially cancer survivors and  narcissistic abuse survivors by guiding them through recovery, divorce and co-parenting with the narcissists.  

Life is a journey of learning and understanding which will allow you to create the  mindset that is needed to  gain clarity, removed the blockages and be able to build a beautiful, happy and fulfilling life. You got this!
